Fermata Resort Historic Boutique Hotel was established in 2006 at the old Cascina Bolla, a building dating back to 1604. The property is situated in a very quiet location and not far from the Marengo Museum, in the area of the historic Battle of Marengo won by Napoleon on June 14, 1800.
It is easily accessible from the city center of Alexandria and major highways, and above all, it is at the center of a variety of activities that can characterize the experiences of those who stay there.
